4 cups ice cubes
1 cups kokum syrup
1/2 cups pomegranate juice
1 1/2 tsp cumin powder (jeera) – freshly roasted and powdered/or use jaljeera powder
1 tsp black salt (kala namak)
2 tbsp sugar (optional)
4 nos mint for garnishing
Directions
In A Blender Add The Syrup,Juice,Ice Cubes And Seasoning.Blend Till The Ice Is Crushed To Minute Crystals.
Pour The Slush Into Individual Serving Glasses And Freeze Till Serving Time.
Serve Garnished With A Mint Leaf!
